Our very first shrimp plate flavor was Butter Garlic. This is very well known on the North Shore of Hawaii as the signature shrimp flavor, but we wanted to bring it to life with our house blend of seasonings! We got the idea for Coco Shrimp from the food trucks of Hawaii, and this plate brings all of that shrimp heritage to Texas and beyond!

We started in Fort Worth, but are now close to Dallas, and looking to keep growing!
